There are a number of reasons why you should consider our buildings:

Business Agility

  • Business problems often require quick & versatile solutions. A traditional build can be too slow and/or too expensive, often forcing a less than ideal solution, i.e. offsite rental. It doesn't need to be this way!
  • Surface-anchored buildings, especially temporary (usually for fast storage), have a quick build turnaround and offer longevity whilst being cheaper than a traditional build.
  • If available space is at a premium we can build taller and/or to suit a particular/irregular shape yard, offer high/VNA racking or bespoke mezzanines, to maximise storage capacity within available space.
  • If you simply don’t have the available onsite space to create new facilities we can build offsite....if you have space to cover elsewhere. Why not build larger and sub-let the extra after solving your own problems? And if you don't have your own space elsewhere, perhaps we can enter into an arrangement with a landowner to offer you a more cost effective long term facility rather than renting a commercial unit.  

Flexibility & Options

  • Our site-assembled relocatable buildings are modular, extending (or contracting) length-ways according to changing business needs.
  • We can integrate additional with existing structures to form a bespoke setup, extending capacity according to the site layout, even with bespoke shapes, sizes, specifications & configurations. Storage tents to prefab modular extensions, integrated with existing facilities.
  • Outright purchase is often seen as the long-term choice but renting preserves the balance sheet and offers flexibility in uncertain times.
    We can supply Just the building shell, standardised or customised - or with as many add-ons as required as a turnkey project.
  • Our steel building systems are a great alternative to aluminium, still available as 'temporary', i.e. lightweight (PVC roof) buildings, but offering more possibilities e.g. much wider single span, much taller, much stronger (and usually cheaper on a like for like basis vs aluminium frame). They also allow a heavyweight, all-steel version when higher standards or longevity are needed.

Compliance

  • Our structures are ideal solutions for meeting standards of Compliance in several industries e.g. those laid down by BRC in Food, MHRA in Pharma/Health, environmental protection for Waste & Recycling etc.
  • They fully comply with Building Regulations and insurance companies’ arduous requirements, for example considerable fire resilience (and/or containment / suppression) if required.
  • Planning permission will usually be required (sometimes Permitted Development will prevail) and we’ll happily guide you through this & other compliance processes, e.g. fire regulations, building regulations, business rates etc
